WAYS Fundraising work on behalf of leading national and international charities. We are seeking experienced face to face fundraisers with a proven track record within the industry to manage and develop a team of fundraisers. Previous experience of face to face fundraising will be essential as you will be responsible for your team hitting targets as well as leading by example and meeting your own targets.
Successful candidates for this role will be focused, driven and have the ability to motivate and inspire their team. Other key responsibilities include:
- Ongoing training and development of your team
- Achieving consistent results and high performance in the field
- Maintaining low levels of attrition
- Motivating your team to recruit high quality long term donors
