Registration for Candidates
REGISTRATION – FOR CANDIDATES - Go to www.hippo.com.au
- From the hippo.com.au homepage, click the blue 'Register' button
- Fill out the basic information we need to gather so Employers can contact you for interviews. This includes:
- Your Name
- Your Email address
- Your Gender
- Your Birthday
- Your suburb and postcode information
You can subscribe to our email newsletters from here as well - Click the Register button and you'll then be taken across to the Profile pages
- At this stage you are able to apply for jobs on the website

FILLING OUT YOUR HIPPO PROFILE – EDUCATION INFO - Use the Add another school or Add another University / Course buttons to add information about your education into the system. This information is viewed by employers on your Hippo profile.
- You are able to add as many School and University listings as you wish.
- Once you are done click the Save and Next button to move onto the final page

FILLING OUT YOUR HIPPO PROFILE – WORK EXPERIENCE INFO - Check the availability box to give employers an indication of how many hours of work per week you want.
- Similar to the Education Information, you can use the Work History and Reference buttons to add and save as many different positions as you've held and list any references you've gained as well.
- Press the Save and Next button to be taken across to the My Job Centre screen.
